How it Works?

The First Appointment

For Implant Case

Step 1

DIAGNOSIS & PLANING

Contact us via whatsapp, messenger or our web chat. Please send us any xrays or pictures of your teeth if you have any. Our doctors will review your case and we will send you a detailed treatment plan along with an estimate of our proposal.

Step 2

TRAVEL

Once you have confirmed the treatment plan, you can go ahead and schedule the trip to Tirana letting us know the details of the ticked ahead of time so we can organize your arrival.

Step 3

Day 1 (Accommodation)

Upon arrival at Mother Theresa Tirana International Airport, the taxi will be waiting for you. You will be transferred to the clinic to start with all the necessary exams.

Step 4

DAY 2 (Surgery Day)

OPTION 1 – “Same day teeth” or immediate loading of your teeth - We finish the implant placement and depending on the healing time (usually 3 to 6 days later) you will have your temporaries in place and you are good to return home. The implant integration period is 4 to 6 months. After this period of time you can return to place the permanent bridge which takes 6-7 days to be fabricated.

Same day teeth” or immediate loading of your teeth is possible in case the procedure we have selected for you is an All on six, and the quality of bone permits loading of the bridge right away. If this is the case then we will fabricate a temporary bridge and insert it the next day post-surgery. After immediate loading is performed the second day, we will need to check the wound closer the third and fourth day before you return back home.

OPTION 2 – Postponed loading - We finish the implant procedure and 5 to 7 days latter you can return home with a temporary denture, *depending on the case sometimes 1 month of waiting time is suggested before placing the denture.

Postponed loading is preferred when your bone quality is such that can not withstand loading forces. In this case we will insert the implants and give time to the bone to harden and be healthy before starting with bridge placement. This second phase requires 4 to 6 months waiting time. Once we perform the implant placement on day 1, we will require another checkup after 2 days before you can return back home. After 4 to 6 months you can return to our clinic to complete the final stage of permanent teeth. This will require 4 to 7 days’ time depending on the aesthetics required.

Step 5

Final stage – Final restoration

After 4 to 6 months of waiting time, this is the last step to your permanently beautiful smile. We will insert your final implant ceramic bridge or implant denture and you can return back home with a brand-new smile. This stage requires 7 days for trials to complete.
